Its nice when a project starts in your head and then actually turns out as you imagined.  Too many times I’ve thought up some great idea, and then once it was implemented it looked nothing like what I thought or wanted. 

This project is going to show the strange fake foods that are starting to become mainstream, and their real counterparts, side by side. 

First up is fake crab meat.  Made from Pollock and something called Surimi.  It’s been in american grocery stores forever and is one of the old school comparisons I have.
