A few more portraits. 
The set up for these shots included a stool that I sat the guys(and girl) on.  I wanted them comfortable enough to stay for some questions.  I had a voice recorder turned on and recording while I got them to talk about their time at the plant. 
I shot while asking these questions so that I could capture them in a ‘real’ moment and not just a pose.  I was also hoping that the reminiscences might just shine through.
